To confirm your booking you have to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount and 100% of the domestic flight amount mentioned in your file. The balance of your trip is due to later 45 days before your departure.
Any cancellation must be the subject of an email addressed to Escapades. The amount of the cancellation fee varies depending on when the cancellation occurs:
Tickets are changeable with penalty and are non-refundable after purchase.
In case of more than 15% change in exchange rate and or fuel costs, Escapades
reserves the right to change the fare of the trip, up to 30 days before your departure.
If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs were to advise against going to Madagascar on www.diplomatie.gouv.fr, the local agency undertakes to do everything possible to minimize the cancellation costs.
